What I Offer
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Maybe you’ve been in therapy before, maybe this is your first time, maybe you’ve tried a bunch of things that have helped to some extent but haven’t really gotten to the bottom of things. It might be hard to acknowledge that your efforts haven’t done the trick, but you’ve come to realize that it’s time to reach out to someone for help.
I offer virtual psychotherapy services to individual adults located in the state of California. I work well with problem-solvers and high performers who are struggling with habits, patterns, or relationship issues that they can’t resolve on their own. I’m an integrative therapist, which means I weave together multiple modalities into an approach that can be tailored to your needs and goals. I specialize in working with anxiety and trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, and I’m skilled in working with life transitions, grief and loss, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients, like people with ADHD or who are HSPs, gifted, or autistic with low support needs. I can work as your primary therapist or as an adjunct EMDR therapist, and I can collaborate with other practitioners you work with (like your psychiatrist or couples therapist).
Our work has the best chance of being successful if you’re curious, self-reflective, open to experimenting with new things, and ready for change (and it’s okay if that feels a little scary or challenging). You don’t have to know how to fix what’s troubling you (if you did, I’m sure you would have already!), but a willingness to engage in the process and commitment to growth are invaluable and will enhance our work together.
